SoundBite - (Formerly UltraSound) Aucklands top dance cover band
 
SoundBite are a top four-piece covers/dance band based in Auckland, known for their versatility, professionalism and humour. They perform a wide range of music to satisfy all age groups from classic hits to current Top-40 songs. Their music style covers everything from soul to rock, plus they are very good at reading the crowd.
 
SoundBite has a top range sound & lighting system.
 
The SoundBite band consists of: drums, bass, guitar, percussion and vocals. Their repertoire is updated constantly.

The members of SoundBite come from a diverse background of musical genres and collectively have an enormous wealth of experience in the field of light music, rock, pop, jazz, blues and soul.

Chryssy, Chryssy has been in the music industry for over fifteen years.  Starting in Christchurch and working her way up to Auckland. Rock, Pop, Jazz, Blues, Country, you name it, she’s done it.  The last few years she has been performing as a guest vocalist at various corporate functions and community events such as WOMAD, Pasifika and The Grey Lynn Festival, as well as honing her song writing skills.  She has performed T.V shows such as: ‘The Good Morning Show’, ‘Showcase’, and ‘Get your Act Together’, performing solo, and also part of ‘J.T. Banned’. She also featured on the compilation C.D ‘Reels and Dreams’ (Celtic composers in NZ).

Ray, a highly competent and versatile electric, slide and acoustic guitarist and vocalist from the UK. He has been playing in bands for over 30 years covering a wide range of styles including rock, blues, jazz and country.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Paul, the Bass man hails from Kaitaia and has more than 20 years of playing behind him. He has a strong liking for jazz and blues and is also an accomplished guitarist and has worked with Graeme Brazier in the past.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
John, on drums, has played in a number of covers bands on the pub circuit over the past 20 years and has also performed with Graeme Brazier. He has wealth of talent and experience, playing to audiences in Auckland
